Gail Rodenhauser and Linda Kinsey began Custom Travel & Cruise in 1998. Their goal was to provide excellent service, and offer travel advantages that clients could not get on their own. Their approach has always been positive and informed. Both Linda and Gail have attained “Elite Cruise Counsellor” certification from Cruise Lines International. They also are luxury travel specialists, small ship specialists, and river boat specialists.
In 2010, Linda and Gail affiliated with Travel Experts, a Virtuoso Agency. Virtuoso is the leading global network of agencies specializing in luxury travel. Their affiliation with Travel Experts and Virtuoso gives them personal connections with tour providers, guides, hotels, and airlines.
